1. An incidence of child rape and murder occurred at Wan Nout village, Wan Naung village tract of Hsipaw Township in Northern Shan State on December 9 of 2020. 

2. The incident took place on December 9, 2020. A 30-year-old Aik Saw forcibly arrested 6-year-old Nang Hla Yone, the daughter of U Lone Tun and Daw Nang Taung of Wan Nout Village. Aik Saw committed child-raping, thrown her into a ditch in the eastern part of the village, and left her dead after committing raping.

3. The case was investigated by the Shan State Progress Party (SSPP) at the township district court level. The case was then referred to the Central Court of Shan State Progress Party (SSP) with the perpetrator.

4. On December 22, 2020, the Central Court of Shan State Progress Party (SSPP) reaffirmed that the perpetrator committed child rape and murder.

5. Therefore, the Central Court of Shan State Progress Party (SSPP) has imposed a death sentence on Aik Saw for committing crimes of child rape and murdering the child.
